Enter the building from 5th Ave. Take one of the elevators on the left to the 40th floor, exit, turn the corner and enter an elevator to the final destination (73rd floor). The observation area is decked out in comfy leather chairs--thanks to the office setting--from which you can kick back and enjoy a view of the surrounding mountain ranges.
